  • Venue and PC-seat management, with a kiosk

    Run seats, sessions and the floor from one operator console, with a locked-down kiosk screen on every PC.

  • Guest phone app (PWA)

    A wallet, booking and QR table ordering on the guest’s own phone.

  • Point of sale, food and drink, kitchen inventory

    Sell time, food and drinks on one bill and keep the kitchen stock in the same system.

    Guest records, visits and loyalty offers tied to everyday venue operations.

Why Iraq

Our market research points to a clear need: venue software that keeps working through an unreliable internet connection, with Arabic built in from the start.

Many venues still rely on older Windows tools for PC lockdown and billing. Owners need the rest of the business connected too: point of sale, loyalty and day-to-day operations.

That shapes ErshadOS: Arabic-first, IQD-native and offline-first. Our research also highlights local payment rails such as Qi Card, ZainCash, FastPay and FIB. Payments at the counter come first.
